  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at info@ligerclothing.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment 7-10 working days.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
